Currently underway, but soon drawing to a close, is PACA's 15th National Packard Rally. Being held at Phillip Island, it has received the title of Happy Wheels and to date that's exactly how it's going. Lots of friendly, happy Packard people enjoying themselves, other's company and the Packards in attendance. But not forgetting the sights and sounds of Phillip Island and South Gippsland which we've also been experiencing over the last week. Thoroughly enjoyable.
